There's two PDFs with all 60 cards, one with card backs and one without. It's recommended that your print out two copies of the cards so you can build yourself a deck from all of the cards and a friend can build a deck from all of the cards.
For even simpler printing, I've created a four page document with two solid decks on it, which can be printed and used by two people.
If you'd like to easily print duplicates of cards, extract the All cards (individual files) to get every card as a png. Copy and paste them into a text editor (I used word 2010 with margins set at the minimum limit) and print.
It's imperative that you read the full rulebook (seven pages, light reading) before playing the game.
